PH Mining and Explorations Ltd is an emerging gold mining company in the Kasuko area of the Chitambo district. It is 100% Zambian owned but fully compliant to international mining etiquettes. The Shareholders are directly involved in management to ensure there is no operational risk.

The Executive Chairman operates as an active executive and will continue in similar roles going forward. We were offering development and production mining services to our clients in the past.

We are currently working on a project to install a CIL plant at a capital cost of about 1.5 million dollars and we envisage to produce slightly over a ton of gold in the next twelve months.

This prospect will boost economic prospects for both investors and the local community

Jesper lungu brings metallurgical exploits and mining explorations insights. He specializes in mining procurement and logistics. He has extensive mining cooperation experience. He holds a Degree in purchasing and supply management.CIPS UK,Certificate in government procurement standards.

Nchimunya Paizele Maingaila

Director Legal

Nchimunya Paizele Maingaila is a senior Advocate of the High Court for Zambia with many directorship and board memberships including Goshen Milling company.
Legal and compliance practitioner, mining legal regime advisor, mining risk management. Corporate governance specialist. Physical Security and law enforcement specialist.

Jonathan Chiti Chanda

Director Finance

Jonathan Chiti Chanda is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in strategic management. He holds an MBA in Finance and is a fellow of ZICA and a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA). He has demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing large-scale development and health initiatives in collaboration with private and public sectors including mining.

Stanford Kabwata

Director Human Capital

‎Stanford Kabwata is a Bachelor of Arts with Education and Personnel Management graduate.
‎A dynamic entrepreneur with decades of experience in organizational policy development in the mining sector. He is also an acomplished sportsman and life coach who passionately imparts morale to miners in a quest to foster good health and high productivity.

The Muchinka Royal establishment is home to PH Mining and Explorations under Shadreck Muleba Kambafwile. The Chief Holds a B.Sc Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, MSc Spatial Planning and a Diploma Town and Country Plannning. He brings immense experience in public as well as private investment climate management. He is passionate with foreign direct investment in his chiefdoom to make it a favorable investment destination in Central Province and Zambia at large. His chiefdom is endured with high deposits of gold and other minerals and runs an open door policy for investors.
